Ekamra Anubhav 2.0 is an experiential heritage engagement initiative that invites people to encounter the historic temple landscape of Ekamra Kshetra, Bhubaneswar, through observation, reflection, and shared conversation.

Heritage sites are often experienced through guided narratives focused on chronology, architecture, dynasties, and mythology. While these frameworks are essential for understanding history, they sometimes overlook another living dimension of heritage — the ways in which individuals connect with these spaces through memory, perception, practice, and personal experience.

In 2022, Ekamra Anubhav was initially focused on documenting the mythological narratives and traditional stories associated with Ekamra Kshetra. Building on that effort, Ekamra Anubhav 2.0 shifts the direction of inquiry. Instead of only looking at the past, it also explores how people in the present experience and interpret the same heritage spaces through their own lenses.
