About the event
Ekamra Anubhav 2.0 is an experiential heritage engagement initiative that invites participants to encounter the historic temple landscape of Ekamra Kshetra, Bhubaneswar, through observation, reflection, and shared conversation.
Heritage sites are often experienced through guided narratives focused on chronology, architecture, dynasties, and mythology. While these frameworks are essential, they sometimes overlook another important dimension:
How individuals personally experience these spaces — through memory, perception, practice, and presence.

In 2022, Ekamra Anubhav focused on documenting mythological narratives and traditional stories associated with Ekamra Kshetra. Ekamra Anubhav 2.0 shifts the direction of inquiry. Instead of only looking at the past, it explores:
How people experience heritage in the present
